An engineering competition with the theme of ‘The 4th Industrial Revolution’, I led my team to second place with a hormone monitoring device as a way to aid with mental health.

An award based upon academic and vocational excellence as well as dedicating themselves to the service of others in their school and the wider community.

Project Peru

After applying and proving mental and physical capability, I lived in Iquitos for a month, labouring (building a school) and running classes at a girls' orphanage.

Baden Powell Award

The highest Guiding award, given for volunteering, cultural and social awareness, the planning of sessions, self-management and the ability to be independent and work with people.

Piano Diploma (DipARSM)
ABRSM

I have been playing piano since I was 3 years old, and achieved my Grade 8 at age 15 - during COVID I was able to work on achieving my diploma in piano, and succeeded in achieving this before I left for university. I have composed and arranged pieces that have been performed at shows and services.

Cello, Grade 8
ABRSM

I started playing cello when I was 8, and when I was 16 achieved a distinction in Grade 8 cello. I have been accepted into county, regional, and university orchestras, and placed first in the Rotary International Club music competition for cello in my age range.

Lifeguarding
NPLQ Generation 8

I achieved my pool lifeguarding qualification after being a Rookie Lifeguard for 6 years. Along with the swimming, I am proficient in first aid, various water safety techniques and customer service and interactions.

Ballet, Intermediate and Grade 7
Royal Academy of Dance

Unfortunately due to COVID, my Grade 8 ballet exam was cancelled, however I was able to undertake the intermediate exam - the stream of ballet exams tailored towards people who want to pursue ballet professionally.  I have starred as the lead role in my dance company's show, and am on the university ballet team.

I have trained and performed in various other styles including hip hop and jazz funk. I am on my university's Jazz team and Wildcard dance teams, and have performed in inter-university competitions, placing second.
